These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Toronto, Ontario
• The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply
• We make no claims that our content is appropriate for use in other locations

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
